Submitting a contact form, assessment, proposal request, vendor request, guide request, scope brief or timing preference does not create a contract, authorize work, establish a price or confirm an appointment.

Do not submit access codes, resident or tenant information, health information, payment information, unlawful material or confidential documents unnecessary for an initial review.
Downloads and original materials
The site’s original guides, text, graphics and designs are owned by The Maintain Company or used with permission. You may download, print and circulate unmodified guides internally for property planning or procurement with their notices intact. You may not resell, republish, materially modify or misrepresent them without written permission.
